TI Fluid Systems plc announced the purchase of 100,000 of its Ordinary Shares under its ongoing Buy-back Programme, with the intention to cancel these shares. This latest transaction contributes to the aggregate purchase of 21,064,487 shares at an average price of 139.95 GBp since the programme’s announcement on October 4, 2023. Following the cancellation, the total number of voting rights in the company will be 499,204,654 Ordinary Shares.
