TI Fluid Systems PLC has announced the recent purchase of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 132 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing Buy-back Programme. Following the buy-back, the company will cancel the acquired shares, resulting in a total of 499,504,654 Ordinary Shares remaining in issue. The buy-back initiative, which began on 4 October 2023, has seen the company repurchase over 20 million shares to date at an average price of 140.03 GBp.
