TI Cloud Inc. has disclosed a series of structured deposit product subscriptions with several banks, executed using surplus cash from daily operations over a six-month period ending June 30, 2024. The transactions with Bank of Communications, Bank of Ningbo, and China CITIC Bank are considered discloseable under the Listing Rules due to the aggregation of transactions and the ratios involved. The company also acknowledged a delay in compliance with the Listing Rules due to errors and a lack of familiarity with aggregation rules, but has since taken corrective action.
