At Thungela Resources’ Annual General Meeting, shareholders approved most proposed resolutions, with the notable exception of a resolution granting directors general authority to allot and issue shares, which did not pass. The company plans to re-evaluate shareholder feedback on this matter for future resolutions. Additionally, all special resolutions passed and will be filed with the relevant authorities as required.
