Thungela Resources Announces Interim Committee Appointments

Thungela Resources Limited (GB:TGA) has released an update.

Thungela Resources Limited has announced the interim appointments of Yoza Jekwa to its audit committee and as chair of the social, ethics and transformation committee, with board chairman Sango Ntsaluba also joining the latter committee. These appointments fill the gaps left by the recent passing of non-executive director Thero Setiloane. Both Jekwa and Ntsaluba will serve in these roles temporarily until a new non-executive director is appointed.
