Thunderbird Resources (AU:THB) has released an update.
Thunderbird Resources Limited successfully completed its capital raising entitlement offer, securing approximately $2.77 million before costs. The offer, which closed on July 10, 2024, saw a shortfall of about $2.476 million, which is fully underwritten by RM Corporate Finance Pty Ltd. The new shares issued will commence trading on July 18, 2024, after the expected issue date on July 17, 2024.
