Thunderbird Director’s Shareholding Increases

Thunderbird Resources (AU:THB) has released an update.

Thunderbird Resources Limited has disclosed a change in Director Robin Wilson’s interest, involving an acquisition of 191,300 Ordinary Shares by his spouse and through an entity where he is a director and beneficiary. The transactions, part of an Entitlement Offer Participation, increased Wilson’s indirect holdings to 573,900 Ordinary Shares and maintained 2,400,000 Performance Rights. No securities were disposed of in the process, and all trades occurred outside of closed periods requiring clearance.
