Thunder Gold Corp, previously known as White Metal Resources Corp, has successfully completed a $1 million non-brokered private placement, issuing over 33 million units to raise capital for general working capital purposes and to further the development of their Tower Mountain Gold Property. The units, priced at $0.03 each, include one common share and a warrant, which allows the holder to purchase additional shares at a set price under certain conditions.
