ThreeD Capital Inc., a Canadian venture capital firm, has successfully settled a lawsuit with Palisades Goldcorp Ltd., Collin Kettell, and New Found Gold Corp., avoiding further litigation costs. The settlement includes the acquisition of 3,750,000 common shares of NFG, which will be distributed between ThreeD Capital and 1313366 Ontario Inc. This agreement, which includes a four-month holding period for a portion of the shares, comes with no admission of wrongdoing by any party.
