ThreeD Capital Inc., a venture capital firm investing in junior resources and disruptive technologies, has engaged PHK Investments LLC for investor relations services, including digital marketing and social media outreach. The new agreement includes a fixed monthly fee and potential monthly ad spend for services like utilizing social media influencers and web platforms to enhance investor awareness of ThreeD Capital’s market activities. The contract with PHK starts on April 3, 2024, and spans a six-month term aimed at broadening the company’s investor base and facilitating the spread of its news.
