Three Sixty Solar Ltd. has announced the immediate resignation of board director and audit committee member Scott McLeod. CEO Brian Roth has been appointed as the interim audit committee member. The company specializes in space-efficient solar towers and is poised for growth in the solar farm sector, which is expected to reach $296 billion by 2028.
