Thor Explorations Ltd. has confirmed the foreign exchange rates applicable to its previously announced quarterly dividend for shareholders who elected to receive payments in sterling or U.S. dollars. The company said the rates have been set at CAD$1 to £0.54239 and CAD$1 to US$0.73395, translating into dividends of £0.006779 and US$0.009174 per ordinary share, respectively.

The miner also reiterated that the quarterly dividend will be paid on 15 May 2026, underscoring its ongoing return-of-capital strategy alongside its gold production activities in West Africa. The confirmation provides clarity for international investors on the precise payout amounts in their chosen currencies ahead of the payment date.
