Thor Explorations Ltd. has reported encouraging results from its 2024 drilling program at the Douta Gold Project in Senegal, with significant gold mineralization found at the Makosa East Prospect. The company aims to expand the oxide portion of the current 1.78 million ounce gold resource with ongoing drilling, as part of its strategy to advance its second gold mine into production. The exploration also includes additional targets within the Douta Project, with further detailed drilling planned for later in the year.
