Thor Explorations Ltd. has expanded its gold exploration endeavors in Senegal by acquiring up to 85% interest in the Douta-West Licence and up to 80% interest in the Sofita Licence, both of which promise to enhance the company’s existing Douta Gold Project. The company is gearing up for a drilling program in Q2 2024 and aims to complete a Preliminary Feasibility Study by Q3 2024. With these strategic acquisitions, Thor Explorations also aims to bolster its financial position by fully repaying its senior debt facility in 2024 through projected cash flows from its Segilola Gold Mine in Nigeria.
