Thor Explorations Ltd., a mineral exploration company, has appointed BDO Canada LLP as its new independent auditor for the 2024 fiscal year, following a regulatory change requiring a British Columbia registered auditor. The approval of BDO Canada’s appointment will be voted on at the next Annual General Meeting.
