Thor Explorations Ltd., a company involved in mineral exploration and development in Nigeria, Senegal, and Burkina Faso, has announced the mandatory resignation of its auditor, BDO, due to regulatory requirements in British Columbia. The Board states there were no reportable events related to the audit of its recent fiscal years, and the search for a new auditor is in progress. The company holds significant interests in gold projects in both Nigeria and Senegal and is listed on the AIM and TSX Venture Exchange as THX.
