Thor Energy Plc has formalized a joint venture with Investigator Resources Limited, marking significant progress on the Molyhil tungsten/molybdenum project in the Northern Territory. The partnership includes a $1 million investment from IVR for a 25% interest in the Molyhil tenements and enables Thor to concentrate on its priority uranium and copper-REE projects in the USA. IVR has the potential to further increase its stake to 80% by committing up to an additional $7 million over a multi-stage earn-in process.
