Think Research Corporation is set to be acquired by Beedie Investments Ltd. after a decisive shareholder vote, with 99% approval for the $0.32 per share cash transaction. Excluding votes from Beedie and certain insiders, the support remained overwhelming at 98%. The completion of the deal is expected in the second quarter of 2024, pending customary closing conditions and final court approval.
