THG PLC successfully held its annual general meeting, with all proposed resolutions passed by shareholders. Ordinary resolutions 1 to 16 and special resolutions 17 to 20 received the required majority votes, covering various corporate actions including director elections and share allocations. The detailed results of each resolution will be made available on the company’s website and the National Storage Mechanism for public inspection.
