TheWorks.co.uk plc has announced the purchase of 1,184,549 ordinary shares for their Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) at 25.2 pence per share to fulfill future share-based awards for employees. Following the transaction, the EBT now holds 3.66% of the company’s issued share capital, with no current plans for further share purchases as indicated by the Board.
