Theta Gold Mines Limited has announced a new placement or other types of security issuance with a maximum of 23,048,113 ordinary fully paid shares and 11,524,056 options, with an 8% discount to the 15-day VWAP, set to be proposed on September 30, 2024. The options have a two-year expiry and an exercise price not less than $0.13.
