Theta Gold Mines Ltd. has successfully secured a total of US$10 million through a multi-tranche equity funding placement and an additional US$2 million from private institutional investors. The company has also fully redeemed AU$6 million in secured bonds, freeing up collateral for future financing needs. The funds raised are facilitating the issuance of new shares and options, strengthening Theta Gold’s financial position and supporting its ongoing projects.
