Theta Gold Mines Ltd. has announced a General Meeting scheduled for 11:00 am, 28 October 2024, at the Boardroom (Servcorp), Sydney, to discuss and ratify the issuance of ordinary shares upon conversion of interest on convertible loans to three entities: Deutsche Balaton AG, Golden Asia Investment Group Ltd, and Aus Agriculture Pty Ltd.
