Thesis Gold Inc. has successfully completed an oversubscribed private placement, raising $21 million to fund exploration and development at their Lawyers-Ranch Project in British Columbia. The offering included a mix of premium and regular flow-through shares, as well as common shares, with no new control persons created. Proceeds from the sale of flow-through shares will go towards Canadian exploration expenses, with tax benefits to be renounced to subscribers by year-end.
