Thesis Gold Inc. has announced a C$20 million private placement to fund its Lawyers-Ranch Project and for working capital purposes. The offering includes different types of shares with the assistance of Clarus Securities Inc. as the lead agent, aiming to accelerate the company’s strategic objectives and exploration efforts. The private placement is scheduled to close by June 25, 2024, with the proceeds also intended for Canadian exploration expenses to be renounced in favor of the subscribers.
