The Thermador Groupe has announced the establishment of a Dutreil pact by its long-standing shareholders, including the heirs of the company’s founder, to retain a significant portion of the company’s shares representing over 25% of the capital and voting rights. This pact, effective from October 2, 2024, aims to facilitate the retention of shares within the founders’ families post-inheritance tax. The agreement involves key stakeholders but does not lead to a concerted action, allowing individual voting freedom at future General Meetings.
