Thermador Groupe has announced the acquisition of Compteur-energie.com and two other companies for €3.485m, enhancing their metering market presence and adding expertise in IoT remote reader systems. The acquired entities, with a combined workforce of eight and a turnover of €2.4m, will continue to be led by their current management. This strategic move positions Thermador Groupe to capitalize on the growing demand for data-driven resource savings in buildings and facilities.
