Therma Bright Inc. has successfully partnered with Quantify Medical as a nationwide U.S. distributor for its Venowave VW5 device, which has seen initial success in sales and a Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement test. The company has also completed the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement, raising CAD $174,900 towards a projected CAD $6 million financing.
