Theratechnologies Shareholders Elect Directors, Appoint Auditors

Theratechnologies (TSE:TH) has released an update.

At the Theratechnologies Annual Meeting of Shareholders held online on May 9, 2024, all eight director nominees were elected with a majority vote, and KPMG LLP was appointed as the company’s auditors with overwhelming shareholder approval. Representing about 67% of the total outstanding shares, the shareholders’ participation underlined their active involvement in the company’s governance.
