The name change is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda’s approval. The change will not affect shareholders’ rights, the company’s daily operations, or its financial position. Existing share certificates will remain valid, and new certificates will be issued under the new name. The company will also update its stock short names upon confirmation from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
