Theme International Holdings Limited has announced the formation of a joint venture with Shandong Energy on 22 July 2024, with a focus on bulk commodities trading and related businesses. The joint venture, with a registered capital of HK$800 million, will see Shandong Energy and Theme International contributing 51% and 49% respectively. This strategic move, funded by the Group’s internal resources, is classified as a discloseable transaction under the Listing Rules due to its significant investment scale.
