Theme International Holdings Limited has announced the formation of a joint venture with Shandong Energy on 22 July 2024, with a focus on bulk commodities trading and related businesses. The joint venture, with a registered capital of HK$800 million, will see Shandong Energy and Theme International contributing 51% and 49% respectively.
