THEMAC Resources Group Limited, a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, has received final court approval for its plan of arrangement with Tulla Resources Group Pty Ltd. This transaction involves Tulla acquiring all outstanding common shares of THEMAC not already owned by it, with shareholders receiving CAD $0.08 per share. The completion of this arrangement is expected later this month, after which THEMAC will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tulla and its shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.
