THEMAC Resources Group Limited, a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, has completed a going private transaction where Tulla Resources Group Pty Ltd. acquired all outstanding common shares not already owned by it. This transaction, approved by shareholders and the Supreme Court of Yukon, results in Tulla Resources gaining full ownership of THEMAC, leading to the company’s delisting from the TSXV and cessation of public reporting obligations.
