Thelloy Development Group Limited has appointed Ms. Yeung Cheuk Chi Vivian as an independent non-executive Director and a member of various board committees, effective from June 20, 2024. Ms. Yeung brings a wealth of legal expertise, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, and has held numerous roles within Hong Kong government-appointed positions. She has agreed to a three-year service term with the company, subject to annual renewal and standard remuneration policies.
