The9’s investment includes $1.5 million in cash and over 250 million restricted shares, with future options to increase their stake to 51% under certain conditions. WM Therapeutic’s innovative platform leverages AI for drug discovery and diagnostics in disorders such as depression, anxiety, and Alzheimer’s, collaborating with top pharmaceutical and insurance companies.
