Fiji Kava Limited (AU:CCO) has released an update.
Director Anthony Noble of The Calmer Co International Limited has recently altered his stake in the company through an indirect interest, resulting in an increase of 666,749 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares (FPOS) and 333,375 Options, as reported to the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.2. The transactions, part of a rights offer, were executed at $0.004 per FPOS with the options acquired at no cost, bringing his total indirect holdings to 2,666,749 FPOS and 582,885 Options via Tanano Pty Ltd.
