Assembly Place Holdings Ltd. ( (SG:TAP) ) has provided an update.
The Assembly Place Holdings has entered a joint venture agreement with Singapore-based S11 Granuity Management to jointly operate a migrant worker dormitory at Seletar North Link using the Group’s community living approach. The new JV company will be licensed by S11 to run a dormitory of about 886 beds for an initial one-year term, with an option to renew for a further three years on mutually agreed terms.
This partnership aligns with The Assembly Place’s strategy of forming alliances with established operators to expand into new living sectors and deepen its presence in the worker accommodation space. For S11, a major operator of purpose-built worker dormitories with a capacity of about 18,000 residents across key sites, the collaboration leverages The Assembly Place’s operating model and may enhance service standards and diversification in Singapore’s migrant worker housing market.
