Thames Ventures VCT 1 PLC has announced the issuance of 691,312 new Ordinary Shares at 44.6p each as part of its Dividend Reinvestment Scheme, with the shares expected to be admitted to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange around July 30, 2024.
