Thames Ventures VCT 1 PLC and Thames Ventures VCT 2 PLC have announced their intention to merge assets, pending shareholder approval. The merger process will involve a scheme of reconstruction and winding up of TV2, transferring its assets to TV1 in exchange for new ordinary shares. Shareholders are advised that no action is required at this stage, with further details to be released around August/September 2024.
