Thames Ventures VCT 1 PLC has announced the resignation of Chris Kay, who served as Chairman for over a decade, expressing gratitude for his leadership. Atul Devani, a recent addition to the board, is set to take over as Chairman, with the full board seeking re-election at the forthcoming AGM in September 2024.
