Thakral Corporation Ltd’s associate, GemLife, is poised to launch Highfields Heights, a new A$250 million over-50s lifestyle resort in Toowoomba, Queensland. The resort will feature 366 lots with a variety of home designs and a A$14 million Country Club, with the first stage set for release by late 2024.
