Thakral Corporation Ltd’s associate, GemLife, is poised to launch Highfields Heights, a new A$250 million over-50s lifestyle resort in Toowoomba, Queensland. The resort will feature 366 lots with a variety of home designs and a A$14 million Country Club, with the first stage set for release by late 2024. This development represents Thakral’s growing investment portfolio in Australian real estate, specifically in lifestyle resorts catering to the over-50s market segment.
