Thakral Corporation Ltd has appointed Ms. Lai Kwai-Yi Veronica as an Independent Non-Executive Director, enhancing board diversity with her extensive experience in corporate, legal, and sustainability sectors. Ms. Lai, who has been recognized for her leadership in sustainability, will also serve on the Audit and Nomination Committees starting January 2025.
