Thai Beverage Public Company Limited has expanded its operations by establishing five new indirect subsidiaries, focusing on investment holdings and broadening its reach in non-alcoholic beverages, logistics, and asset management within Cambodia. The subsidiaries, incorporated in Singapore and Cambodia, have a combined initial issued share capital amounting to approximately USD 27.5 million. This move marks a strategic growth in the company’s presence in Southeast Asia’s emerging markets.
