Thai Beverage Public Co has expanded its business by acquiring a 51% stake in BevFood Holdings through its subsidiary, InterBev (Singapore) Limited, for $5.3 million, aiming to capitalize on the food and beverage market in Cambodia. Additionally, the company has established a new subsidiary, ThaiBev HC Development Co., Ltd. in Thailand, to focus on human resource services. These strategic moves, funded by a combination of internal and external funds, are indicative of Thai Beverage’s growth strategy and diversification efforts.
