Thai Beverage Public Co has expanded its portfolio by establishing two new wholly-owned subsidiaries in Thailand, Foods Group Co., Ltd. and Oishi Holding Co., Ltd., to strengthen its investment in the food sector. These additions are financed by internal funds and are projected to have a negligible effect on the company’s earnings per share and net tangible assets for the current financial year. The company’s directors and major shareholders do not have any significant interests in these incorporations beyond their existing shareholdings.
