Tesson Holdings Ltd. ( (HK:1201) ) has shared an announcement.

Tesson Holdings Limited reported a sharp decline in revenue to HK$30.6 million for the year ended 31 December 2025, down from HK$66.7 million a year earlier, resulting in a modest gross profit of HK$742,000. The Group’s loss for the year narrowed significantly to HK$51.6 million from HK$163.6 million in 2024, helped by substantially lower administrative expenses and a swing from heavy other losses to a smaller net loss and income line.

Total comprehensive expense attributable to owners fell to HK$27.2 million from HK$153.7 million, supported by positive exchange differences on foreign operations and a surplus on revaluation of property, plant and equipment. Despite the improved bottom line and reduced basic loss per share to 11.16 HK cents from 69.54 HK cents, the Group remains loss-making, highlighting ongoing operational challenges but also indicating a considerable year-on-year improvement in financial performance for shareholders and other stakeholders.
