Tesoro Minerals Shareholders Approve New Directors and Plan

Tesoro Minerals (TSE:TES) has released an update.

Tesoro Minerals Corp. recently held their annual general and special meeting, where shareholders approved the new board of directors and the Omnibus Equity Incentive Compensation Plan. The new directors include Scott McLean, Antony Harwood, Cyrus Driver, and Valerie Pascale. All proposals at the meeting were passed, and the Omnibus Plan is now pending final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
