Tesoro Minerals Corp. has announced an upcoming non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $350,000 by selling common shares at $0.02 each. The funds raised will be directed towards general working capital, operating expenses, and a community engagement plan to inform locals about the company’s projects. The private placement is contingent upon TSX Venture Exchange approval and will be subject to a four-month resale restriction.
