Territorial Bancorp Inc. (TBNK) has provided an update.
Francis Tanaka, aged 78, has retired effective immediately from his director role at Territorial Bancorp Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Territorial Savings Bank, due to health concerns. Following his departure, Howard Ikeda was appointed to the Company’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee by the Board of Directors.
