Terramin Australia Limited announces its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) set for 29 May 2024, where shareholders will review the 2023 Financial Report and director and auditor insights, with no shareholder vote required. Key resolutions include the (non-binding) adoption of the Remuneration Report, re-election of directors Mr Feng Sheng and Mr Angelo Siciliano, election of Mr Junming Zhang, and ratification of a convertible note issued to Conest Resources Limited. Additionally, a special resolution will be proposed to allow issuing up to an additional 10% of equity securities, contingent on the company’s market capitalization.
